Week 4

17th Jan - I am just thankful that I was able to get through the hard day at the office. It being the first day back after the break, it was bound to be hard but I got through it okay. (Of course I was there the whole week during the students' break, but it was like a chilled out thing where we didn't do anything at all. LOL!). And I am also thankful today that my package of end clips that I ordered all the way from China (through ebay) arrived! I was kinda scared that it would not and it would have been a waste of good money if it hadn't. But it did and I'm loving it.. : )

18th Jan - Had a bad day due to some really insensitive people but at the end of the day, I was just thankful that it happened because it got me finishing something that I was supposed to get done much earlier.

19th Jan - I am thankful that I discovered Pinterest!! LOL! As if I need anymore thing to keep me occupied on the Internet, but it's really awesome. And I'm also thankful that I'm finally done with the Junior Masterchef Australia. It has just started showing on a channel in Malaysia but because I'm not the type of person to wait every single week until it's done, I just search for some online links and watch it from there.

20th Jan - It's Thaipusam today, so naturally it's a public holiday. It was a slow morning, then after lunch we picked Myra up from Prima (because her parents and sister are going out for movies) and spent the afternoon with her. Just chilled around at home, subscribed to 'Aku Masih Dara' on Astro First while Myra slept and went to Puncak Alam for early dinner at McD. So I am thankful for great time spent with family and lovely time spent with Myra.

21st Jan - Today, I am thankful that I get another day off from work. It would be hard to go back next week but right now, I'll just take it as it comes..

22nd Jan - Today, I am thankful that I went to the TESL Night organized by my students! I was reluctant at first because none of my gang were going but I caved in at the end. I really really wanted to support those kids and I'm glad that I went.

23rd Jan - Today, I am thankful that everyone who posted on Facebook was saying nice things about the TESL Night I went to last night. I was especially thankful because the group who had been organizing had to go through a lot of hard times. To see them pull it off AND get praises for it, that's sure something to be thankful for.
